  6. SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  8. This user license agreement  (the "AGREEMENT") is an agreement between you
  9. (individual or single entity) and MediaMatrixes Computing Inc for the Easy MP3 Converter
  10. software (the "SOFTWARE") that is accompanying this AGREEMENT.

  12. The SOFTWARE is the property of MediaMatrixes Computing Inc and is protected by copyright laws
  13. and international copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE is not sold, it is licensed.
  14.  
  15. TRIAL VERSION
  16.  
  17. If you accepts the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, you have certain
  18. rights and obligations as follow:

  20. YOU MAY:
  21.  
  22. 1. Install and use an unlimited number of copies the TRIAL VERSION for
  23.    evaluation purpose.
  24. 2. Use one or more copies of the TRIAL VERSION for evaluation purpose only.
  25. 3. Copy and distribute freely the TRIAL VERSION (see 'DISTRIBUTION').

  28. YOU MAY NOT:

  30. 1. Sublicense, rent or lease the TRIAL VERSION or any portion of it.
  31. 2. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the TRIAL VERSION or
  32.    any portion of it.

  34. DISTRIBUTION:

  36. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the TRIAL VERSION as you wish
  37. and distribute it to anyone provided that all files are intact. You must
  38. distribute the install form of the TRIAL VERSION (not the files resulting of an
  39. installation). You are not allowed to sell the TRIAL VERSION (except for
  40. shipment and handling charges). Computer's Magazines are authorized to
  41. distribute it on any Cover Disk or CD-ROM without any permission. Please inform
  42. us by e-mail each time you distribute the TRIAL VERSION.

  45. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

  47. The SOFTWARE is supplied "AS IS". MediaMatrixes Computing Inc disclaims all warranties,
  48. expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of
  49. merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire
  50. risk of using the SOFTWARE.

  52. DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
  53.  
  54. MediaMatrixes Computing Inc assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may
  55. result from the use of the SOFTWARE, even if MediaMatrixes Computing Inc has been advised of the
  56. possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to
  57. refund the purchase price.
